We care about this planet

We love stainless steel, we prefer this to coated brass, because:
More durable, great for everyday wear.
Hypoallergenic. Its the better option for those more sensitive to skin irritations.
More resistant to scratches and tarnishing.
For those concerned about the environment, stainless steel is a wise choice. It is a highly recyclable material, contributing to sustainability and reducing the demand for new resources. By opting for stainless steel jewellery, you're making an eco-friendly statement.

For every Unlucky order, a tree is planted. Thank you.

We use Sprout who work with Eden Reforestation Projects to plant mangrove trees in Madagascar. The Reforestation efforts help revive natural habitat, improve coral reef health, support local livelihoods and aid in the fight against climate change by removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. We regularly post about our tree planted updates on our instagram.

Unlucky Jewellery will arrive in a logo box made from FSC®-certified cardboard and water-based glue. The foam insert is made from polyurethane (recycled plastic).

All orders are sent within a mailer which is made from 100% recycled plastic.

What is FSC® certified? This guarantees that all materials come from an FSC® forest, where no more wood is cut down than the forest can reproduce. This means better protection for the animal and plant life, and all foresters have proper training, safety equipment and a decent wage.

For smaller orders, the jewellery will be placed in a logo Fairtrade-cotton reusable jewellery bag.

Any sale items will be in velvet pouches, perfect to reuse and store jewellery.

The order slip and Thank You note you receive are made from 100%  recycled materials. Yes even our stickers!

We only send you what you really need and earth-friendly.

Just pop the whole thing in your recycle bin and give yourself a pat on the back.

We we don't use real pearls in our jewellery; Aquaculture has contributed to destruction of natural pearl oyster beds from pollution and overharvesting. For a easy one page read on this, you can find out more here.
