Help your pieces stay beautiful for longer by keeping them away from hand sanitiser, lotions, perfumes, suntan lotions, harsh chemicals, cleaning products, chlorine as these chemicals can cause discolouration. We wish to remind you to be extra careful during the warmer months/salt water/swimming pools with chlorine. If it gets wet, ensure you dry it carefully after.
Some of our jewellery contains resin, such as Star Crossed Lovers and After The Storm. This is a delicate material to work with so please wear your jewellery with love.
Most jewellery will tarnish if left exposed to the air for long periods. Should your jewellery become tarnished, gently polish the surface of the piece with a silver polishing cloth or lint-free cloth. Store your jewellery in a cool dry place like our Unlucky Jewellery boxes.
We do not offer a repair or refund service for ignoring care advise so please look after your jewellery.
