We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving your order.

During Bank Holidays, Royal Mail will not deliver, please allow a little bit of extra time around these days. 

Unfortunately as of 1st December we are unable to ship to the EU including Northern Ireland. This is due to the new GPSR regulations as of 13th December. We hope that there will be changes to the government’s new rules in the future.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving your order. 

We provide the shipping information and cost from our side but we are not responsible for any custom or tax charges for orders outside UK.

NOTICE: No Orders will be shipped between 3-12th September 2024. Please place orders by 2pm Monday 2nd September to ensure same day posting, any orders placed after will be shipped on our return 13th September. 

 Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original box (or pouch). 

If your order came with a free item, this too must be returned. 
To start a return, you can contact us at info@unluckyjewellery.com with your reason for the return. If the reason for the return is due to a fault, we will either and at our discretion, send a replacement or issue a refund, but the return would need to follow the above mentioned policy (returned to us in the original packaging (box or pouch it arrived to you in, and you must contact us within the 14 day policy).

Any returns are sent back to Unlucky Jewellery at the cost of the customer. If we send a replacement this will be at our cost.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items (this includes Un-Lucky dip & Jackpot! thats the point of a game of chance!)

We are sorry but for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings.

Royal Mail

Once your order has been processed, it will leave Unlucky HQ and be dispatched to your chosen location via Royal Mail. At this point, your order becomes the courier's responsibility and we are unable to compensate for any lost items. 

Please note that your order will be shipped to the address that was stated in the order form. It's essential that the client provides their shipping information correctly as it can not be changed. Unlucky Jewellery can not be held responsible for any misplaced orders due to the incorrect information or incorrect address being entered by the client, nor can they be held liable for any mistakes made by the courier.
