We use Sprout who work with Eden Reforestation Projects to plant mangrove trees in Madagascar. The Reforestation efforts help revive natural habitat, improve coral reef health, support local livelihoods and aid in the fight against climate change by removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. We regularly post about our tree planted updates on our instagram.
Unlucky Jewellery will arrive in a box made from FSC®-certified cardboard and water-based glue. The foam insert is made from polyurethane (recycled plastic).
All orders are sent within a mailer which is made from 100% recycled plastic.
What is FSC® certified? This guarantees that all materials come from an FSC® forest, where no more wood is cut down than the forest can reproduce. This means better protection for the animal and plant life, and all foresters have proper training, safety equipment and a decent wage.
For Un-Lucky Dip, Jackpot items or smaller orders, the jewellery will be placed in a Fairtrade-cotton reusable jewellery bag.
The order slip and Thank You note you receive are made from 100% recycled materials. Yes even our stickers!
We only send you what you really need and earth-friendly.
